Cancellation Policy
Respecting Time and Availability
At Lumina Aviation, instructor time and aircraft availability are valuable resources. To ensure fairness to instructors and students, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance via email to contact@luminaaviation.com.

Cancellations within 24 hours require a valid emergency and must be approved by administration.

Unapproved cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled flight will result in a $100 cancellation fee.

Repeated late or unapproved cancellations within a single month may result in suspension of booking privileges.
Late cancellations affect instructor availability and prevent other students from booking that time slot. This policy helps ensure efficient scheduling and respect for everyone’s time.
